A group of friends is sunbathing along the pool side leisurely drinking a glass of gin while chatting. There’s nothing to do but laze around, indulging on boredom and introspection.

The collection gathers the chic simplicity of  ‘La Piscine’ (Deray, 1969) and the relaxed yet refined styling of ’The graduate’ (Mike Nichols,1967). The styles are youthful and vibrant, oscillate between contemporary and 60s classic. Some shows a formal yet updated cut suitable for a summer party, some others introduce oversized, comfortable fits perfect for a big splash. The color palette is brief and lively. 

Black and white features as a mainstay, watery tones, as light blue and green, flow through the casual pieces, a bright yellow touch jump out from prints. The pool is the springboard of all sorts of graphic speculation, from the close observation of mosaic tiles to the drone view of the lido outline. The careful design submits textured fabrics, piping, and little embroideries which hark back to the relaxed refinement of 60s menswear. On the other hand, technical zip, tape applications, placed prints, firmly assert a contemporary approach. 

The collection portraits a sluggish gathering around the pool waiting a fall that ripples the water, the posh picture of a private retreat hides the surreal fantasies of a restlessness youth.
